These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the AI Sales Voice Partner Programme ("Programme"). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. AI Sales Voice is a trading name of Mediatopia Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
1.1 Commission Rate: Approved affiliates earn a commission of 20% (twenty percent) on qualifying subscription payments made by referred customers.
1.2 Commission Period: Commissions are payable for the first 12 (twelve) months of each referred customer's active subscription. After 12 months, no further commissions will accrue for that customer.
1.3 Qualifying Subscriptions: Commissions apply to the following plans:
1.4 Enterprise Referrals: Enterprise and custom deals are handled on a case-by-case basis with bespoke finder's fees agreed in writing prior to referral.
1.5 Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated on the net subscription amount after any discounts, promotions, or VAT.
2.1 Tracking Window: Referrals are tracked using a 60-day (sixty-day) cookie window. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and converts within 60 days, you will receive credit for the referral.
2.2 Cookie Attribution: We operate on a "last-click" attribution model. If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent affiliate link clicked before conversion will receive credit.
2.3 Tracking Platform: All affiliate tracking is managed through Rewardful, our third-party affiliate management platform. Affiliates have access to real-time reporting via their Rewardful dashboard.
2.4 Technical Requirements: Affiliates must use the provided tracking links. Modified, masked, or cloaked links may result in tracking failures for which AI Sales Voice accepts no liability.
3.1 Payment Processing: All affiliate payments are processed via Rewardful. You must maintain accurate payment details in your Rewardful account.
3.2 Payment Hold Period: Earned commissions are subject to a 30-day (thirty-day) hold period before becoming eligible for payout. This hold period protects against fraud, chargebacks, and refunds.
3.3 Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly. Commissions that have cleared the hold period by the end of the month will be included in that month's payout, typically processed within the first 15 days of the following month.
3.4 Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is £50 (fifty pounds). Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout period.
3.5 Payment Methods: Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (BACS for UK accounts). International wire transfers may incur additional fees.
3.6 Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred customer obtains a refund or initiates a chargeback, any commission paid on that transaction will be deducted from your pending balance or future earnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of any pending commissions:

4.4 Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself, your own company, or any entity in which you have a controlling interest. Self-referrals will not be eligible for commission.
4.5 Incentivised Traffic: Offering cash rebates, discounts, or other incentives to users in exchange for signing up through your affiliate link is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
5.1 Term: These Terms commence upon your acceptance into the Programme and continue until terminated by either party.
5.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].
5.3 Termination by Us: We may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. We may also terminate your participation for any reason with 30 days' written notice.
5.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all affiliate links. Any commissions that have cleared the hold period will be paid out in the next scheduled payout.
6.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered affiliate account address.
6.2 Continued participation in the Programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6.3 Commission rates and structures may be modified with 30 days' notice. Such changes will apply to new referrals only and will not affect commissions already being earned on existing referrals.
7.1 AI Sales Voice provides the Programme on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding tracking accuracy, commission calculations, or platform availability.
7.2 In no event shall AI Sales Voice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.
7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sales Voice, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities or breach of these Terms.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
